This privacy policy describes how Green Party of Santa Clara County (GPSCC) collects, uses and protects any information that you provide GPSCC.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected, and all the information you provide us will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Please check this page frequently as GPSCC may change this policy from time to time. This policy is effective on April 30, 2018.

Normal Website Usage

GPSCC is committed to internet privacy. There are no logins or private pages on the GPSCC website, so you can visit all of our webpages without disclosing any personally-indefinable or non-personally identifiable information.

This site is published in the United States. We attempt to protect the Personal Information of all users of our Site and we attempt to comply with local data protection and consumer rights laws to the extent they may apply to GPSCC services, but our site is located and targeted to United States citizens and our policies are directed at compliance with those laws.  If you are uncertain whether this privacy policy conflicts with the applicable local privacy laws where you are located, you should not submit your Personal Information to GPSCC.
